Below are your options for technical support. Please keep in mind that "technical support" means support in setting up your Luxor CCTV products to determine the cause of malfunctioning Luxor systems. Product replacement is not included in "technical support". Product replacement is determined under the warranty policy you received or purchased with your products.

Please be sure to include all available contact information as well as the reason for your tech support request.

Important note

DO NOT send back products without first contacting our support department to create a case number for your RMA. If you send back products without a case number, our receiving department will not have any way to know what needs to be done, and your shipment and issue may sit unresolved for an extended and unnecessary period of time.

The same goes for "Return to Sender" packages. Please call and set up a return prior to sending in your package, so that we may credit your balance in a timely manner.
